I am Dr. Batsheva Guy, a participatory coach, diversity professional, workshop facilitator, and program developer with extensive expertise in cultural evaluation, change management, inclusive leadership skills, and equity and inclusion.   • Future Creating Workshop
    A multi-day evaluation method that envisions a utopian future to drive social change. Participants work through a two-phase process: the critique (deconstruction) phase, where they identify and analyze current issues, followed by the utopian (reconstruction) phase, where they collaboratively design a better future.
  • Photovoice
    Equip participants with cameras to capture images that reflect their experiences, with the goal of instigating positive change. The process includes responding to prompts through photography and developing an action plan based on the visual data collected.
