I am Dr. Batsheva Guy, a participatory coach, diversity professional, workshop facilitator, and program developer with extensive expertise in cultural evaluation, change management, inclusive leadership skills, and equity and inclusion.
My mission is to help organizations create equitable and inclusive spaces through tailored workshops, assessments, and coaching. I have successfully collaborated with individuals, departments, and divisions across various sectors, including academic institutions, health centers, government agencies, nonprofits, and hospitals, to navigate cultural change and support diveristy, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts effectively.
